Plastic panel clip profile - to fit into shell connector of plastic foam filled components

A clip profile can be used to insert into the shell connector of plastic foam filled components for attaching fitments or other components. The profile has a web which covers the exposed face of the component, and strips which overlap the component edges. Serrated teeth fit tightly into holes in the shell connector. This protects and enclosed the face of the composite plastic component and is able to absorb flexural and torsional stresses in the joint without difficulties.
