<p>The multipurpose cloth for kitchen or household use is partic. intended for opening twist-off lids on glass jars such as jam jars, etc. It is made of two layers of soft PVC, giving a good grip on a lid. It pref. has a thickness of 0.5 mm. The cloth pref. has a hole near the edge so that it can be hung up. If can be made in various sizes, and is pref. round in shape. Other uses include unscrewing or removing hot electric light bulbs, cleaning smooth and slippery surfaces, placing under food dishes for young children, or retaining a writing pad or small change.</p> |
