PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving device having improved convenience of a driver in switching between automatic driving and manual driving.SOLUTION: When a driver finds an obstacle 210 that cannot be detected by an automatic driving device 1 and a driving operation is executed by the driver in order to avoid the obstacle 210 or to do something else for a time period longer than a manual driving switching threshold value Mand not longer than an operation time threshold value T, a control part 21 of the automatic driving device 1 performs switching from automatic driving to manual driving, and then the control part 21 performs switching from manual driving to automatic driving again even if the driver does not execute an automatic driving switching operation.
