A two-part wrist-watch strap made of thermoplastics synthetic resinous material includes in each part an upper layer 7 and a lower layer 9 welded together along their sides, with the upper layer bent over to form a loop 3 and butt welded to the lower layer at 11. A reinforcing layer 8 may be welded in between the outer layers with one end bent to form a loop and a tongue. Layers 7 and 9 are joined at 15 by a transverse weld seam but an arrangement similar to that of the loop 3 may be used. The cross weld seams at 11 may have an embossed line. The lower layer 9 may be of velour finished polyvinylchloride. |
