<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the clad alloy provided with peculiar characteristics for use of communication equipment, by pressure welding two or more dissimilar metallic sheets respectively provided with peculiar characteristics, and further, by pressuring in the direction perpendicular to the direction of above stated pressure welding. CONSTITUTION:Individual metallic sheet has peculiar characteristics in such mechanical, physical, and electrical properties, as thermal expansion coefficient, magnetic induction factor, coercive force, modulus of elasticity, specific resistance, of solderability, etc.; two or more of such metallic sheets as above mentioned are pressure welded by rolling work. Then, if necessary, the material is annealed and is rolled in the diection perpendicular to the direction of pressure welding so as to obtain the aimed sheet thickness. This clad metallic sheet has no heat-affected zone in the cladding portion; therefore, the clad metal parts of narrow widht with peculiar characteristics can be stably installed in this clad portion; as a result, this clad metallic sheet is available for precision function parts in various mechanism and electric parts.</p> |
