The transporter device is for the protection of a single flower, and has a bowl part extending forward and widening to take the crown of the bloom. In its base it has a recess to accommodate and hold the flower stalk firmly. At least a part of the inner surface of the side wall of the bowl part (1), which can come in contact with the flower's leaves, is divided in the leaf contact area into parts where the leaves touch, and others (openings in the wall) where there is no contact. The contact areas (6) are formed by inwards projecting pointed raised parts which are perforated.
