PURPOSE:To provide the subject alloy having a high permeability, and being excellent in magnet-resisting workability and resin-resisting moldability, and comprising more than a member selected from the group consisting of Mo, Mn, V and Al, a specific quantity of more than a member selected from the group consisting of amorphousness-forming elemnts such as Si, B and Ge, and the residual part the magor part of which consists of Fe. CONSTITUTION:This alloy comprises more than a member selected from the group consisting of Mo, Mn, V and Al (in this case, 2 to 20 at % of more than a member selected from the group consisting of Mo, Mn, and V and 0.1 to 30 at % of Al are contained), 10 to 30 at % of more than a member selected from the group consisting of amorphousness-forming elements such as Si, B and Ge, and 70 to 90 at % of the residual part the major part of which consists of Fe. It is preferable that when Si, B and Ge as amorphousness-forming elements are pepresented by Six By and Gez, where x+y+z=1, respective components be selected in the range, x<=0.7, 0.25<= y <=0.95, and z<==0.7. Respective components are molten in a high-frequency smelting furnace, and thereafter a tape-like amorphous rolled material can be obtained by, for example, a both-surfaces rolling method. |
