<p>PURPOSE:To provide an archery with more stable directivity and higher elastic strength of reinforced fiber through heat pressure molding with a fine bar-shaped CFRP body previously hardened piled on material for GFRP molding while it remains unhardened in at least one side of the rim of the archery. CONSTITUTION:Beforehand, by protrusion modling method, bundless of carbon fiber are impregnated with an unhardened liquid resin and hardened to mold a fine bar-shaped CFRP body. Then, the bar-shaped body is arranged on the back side and/or the face side of a core body 4 lengthwise with respect to the rim 3. Subsequently, hardened material 8 for GFRP molding is piled thereon by a wet hand layup method or the like and is placed in a specified mold 9. In the mold, the core body 4 is molded by heat together with a FRP composite strengthened member to produce a rim section. As a result, the FRP composite strengthened member is maintained uniform in the arrangement and tension of the carbon fiber. In this manner, even at the initial deformation with a slight displacement, bending or tensil elasticity can be used effectively, thereby stabilizing deceleration.</p> |
