PURPOSE:To let signal perform fidelity recording by making the recording stylus to be connected to recording paper face by being inclined in the scanning direction smaller in the diameter of the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction than in the diameter of the scanning direction on the section perpendicular to the axial line thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a recording stylus body 5 composed of a tungsten wire for performing recording by exposing the ground color on recording paper face through discharge breakbown is contacted to the recording face 3a of the recording paper wound to a rotary drum by being given a certain angle of inclination theta in the scanning direction, the sectional shape of the recording stylus body 5 perpendicular to its axial line is made oval with the diameter (b) in the scanning direction being made smaller than the diameter (a) in the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction. Hence, these make the shape of the face 5a of the recording stylus body 5 in contact with the paper face become circular, eliminate surplus extension in the beginning and final ends of the line drawn on the recording paper face 3a and faithful recording to recording signal may be performed. |
