<p>A semicircular clip in two parts is provided. The one part encloses practically the whole arc where the gutter ends are brought together, and has an almost circular lip which clips over the front rims of the gutters. The other part has a turned over rim which hooks over the heel at the back of the gutters. Both parts have a flange opposing that of the other, with holes for fastening screws. A mastic, pref. of butyl rubber, is applied inside the clip which is pulled tight by the screws to give a sealed flexible joint.</p> |
