<p>Appts. comprises coalescence and decantation zones with a feed for the mixt. and outlets for the sepd. liquids, incorporates a coalescence zone bounded by a shell and having two plates at its ends, one of which is mobile. The mechanism which imparts mobility to the plate consists of tightening rods. Each rod has a straight part, which is threaded and fitted with a nut, and a hooked part. One of these parts can enter a box outside the coalescence zone, formed in the shell. The outer part is in contact with a square frame placed on the plate. The space between the mobile plate and the adjacent zone of the appts. is sealed, pref. with a toric joint. The plates are pref. constituted of a supporting grid on which is placed a fine-mesh metal cloth. A spring is pref. fitted between the nut and a support on the frame or the bottom of the outer box. Problems associated with insufficient compacting of the coalescent material are avoided. The invention allows it to be held in place in the coalescence zone avoiding any escape to the exterior, ensures compacting at the start and during the operation of the appts. and easy decompression of the material to eliminate any irreversible clogging.</p> |
