Electric motor driven hydraulic actuator pump - has oil chamber with one pipe including solenoid valve to control inlet and outlet flow

The electric motor driven pump is used for hydraulic actuators such as lifting jacks. The valves (24, 38, 42) are arranged into oil holding chamber (3). Only one oil pipe (34) leads out of this oil chamber. This pipe is connected within the chamber to a solenoid valve (42). A bypass channel (37) with safety valve (38) connects the oil pipe with the chamber. Oil is returned to the chamber, on lowering the hydraulic jack, via the same pipe and valve.
