1-(4-Phenoxyphenyl)-1,3,5-triazines of the formula <IMAGE> in which the substituents are defined in Claim 2, are prepared. Compounds in which R<5> is hydrogen are obtained by reacting a compound of the formula <IMAGE> with a substituted carbonyl isocyanate. Reaction of the resulting compounds with an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl halide results in compounds in which R<5> is alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl. The compounds can be used as active substances in coccidiostats. |
