Heat insulated concrete building block - has concrete external slab with spacer bars passing through porous insulating panel into plasterboard

The building block includes a rectangular external slab of watertight concrete (2), together with a series of spacer bars (6) aligned vertically to it and concreted into it at one end. These pass through a porous heat-insulating panel (5) fitting directly against the slab's inside surface. The other ends of the bars are firmly bonded into a rectangular internal plaster-board panel (7).
