<p>The mechanism squeezes material out of a tube, and comprises two or more toothed rollers meshing together, one of them being rotated by a reduction gear. A gap is formed between the rollers, through which the emptied tube can pass, and clamps are also included for holding the tube stationary. The pitch circle dia. of one roller can be greater than that of the other. There can be a detachable coupling between the roller spindles, the rollers travelling in a housing towards the tube outlet. Near the outlet is a stationary boss, releasing the spindle coupling.</p> |
