<p>Slicer for meat, cheese, bread, etc. has sledge carrying the merchandise to be sliced, reciprocating in 2 guidances past a rotary cutter and comprising a base and a firmly connected arm which is guided by a guide rod and reaches laterally around the machine body. The guide rod extends in the direction of the reciprocating movement and doubles as part of the 1st of the guidances. The 2nd guidance has a guide rail extending beside the guide rod, also in direction of the reciprocating motion. The 2nd guidance has a stop block arranged in such a way that the sledge bears during its to-and-fro movement under its own wt. against the stop block, the latter being under horizontal load from the guide tail. The stop block is a rotary, hollow cylinder made of high molecular polyethylene.</p> |
