The central heating control system with boiler and water pump has a four-way mixing valve directing hot water from boiler to radiators and cold water from radiators back to boiler. The mixing valve is a double-circuit turbine pump, whose housing has two separate chamber (1a, 1b) each containing a rotor, the two rotors being coupled by a hollow shaft (13). The primary rotor works in a driving circuit (7), and the secondary in a driven one (11).
