PURPOSE:To stabilize an oscillation frequency by arranging a resonator where it couples with a transmission line electromagnetically. CONSTITUTION:Solid oscillator element 3 is mounted on one terminal of strip line 7 provided onto substrate 1, and dielectric resonator element 4 is arranged on sub- strate 1 along strip line 7 from solid oscillator 3. In addition, strip line 2' is provided and some of power generated by solid oscillator element 3 is extracted to load 6. Now, unneeded resonance modes can be removed showing single tuning character- istics over the wide range at a frequency except resonance frequency f0 of dielectric resonator 4, and the mode jump and hysteresis characteristics can be suppressed. |
