PURPOSE:To simplify connections to external circuit by soldering, etc., by arranging a capacitive piece at the connection terminal between a branch line and external circuit. CONSTITUTION:On ferrimagnetic-substance substrate 11, internal conductor 12 is formed which consists of circular junction part 12a, transmission line 12b and capacitive piece 12a, and this capacitive piece 12c protruding to transmission line 12b is provided to th connection terminal between internal conductor 12 and an external circuit. In addition, capacitive piece 12c of internal conductor 12, provided to the connection terminal to the external circuit, has wider width than conductor width 0.35mu of transmission line 2d of the circulator, so that electrical and mechanical connections to the external circuit will be simplified. |
