Compounds of the formula <CHEM> and therapeutically acceptable salts thereof, in which formula n is 1, 2 or 3; R<1> is selected from the group consisting of H, aliphatic acyl groups containing 2 to 5 carbon atoms, and unsubstituted or substituted benzoyl of the formula <CHEM> wherein R<3> is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl; and wherein R<2> is selected from the group consisting of H, aliphatic alkyl groups containing 1-4 carbon atoms, benzyl, aliphatic acyl groups containing 2-5 carbon atoms, and unsubstituted or substituted benzoyl of the formula <CHEM> wherein R<4> is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl; pharmaceutical preparations containing an effective amount of such compounds, and the medicinal use of the compounds. |
