PURPOSE:Fine crystalline cellulose and a desintegrator are kneaded by grinding together and dried to produce said water-dispersible compound used as natural stabilizer for feed with improved suspension and emulsion stability without adverse effect on good taste. CONSTITUTION:To 50-95wt% of fine crystalline cellulose that has average polymerization degree of no more than 375, average particle size of no more than 1 micron and 5wt% or more content of particles of no more than 1 micron diameter is added 50-5wt% of a desintegrator and they are kneaded under grinding in the presence of water, dried to said water-dispersible compound. The desintegraotor is, guayuc gum, carageenin, hydrolyzed starch, etc. |
