摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize a sufficiently natural inter multi-point TV conference or the like by allowing a terminal equipment sending an information block to send a packet of information for a remote location with priority sequentially based on distance information till terminal equipment at each reception point. CONSTITUTION:A data from a coding buffer 3 is inputted to a packet processing section 4, a distance discrimination section 11 references an address data base 12 to check an index representing a distance and destination addresses are rearranged sequentially from a remote location based on the distance index. Suppose that a data D1 by, e.g., 512 bytes exists in the code processing buffer 3, then a header addition section 13 makes, e.g., 4 copies of data, destination addresses AD(D), AD(E), AD(C), AD(B) are added sequentially to the data D1 and processed into a packet, which is sent to a transmission buffer 14. The packet of the information for a remote station in the packet added with the destination address AD(D) is sent with priority sent by a transmission section 6 from the buffer 14 sequentially. Thus, the fluctuation between reception time differences of the same packet between reception terminal equipments is reduced.</p>
