Cpds. of formula (I) and their addn. salts with strong mineral acids or organic sulphonic acids are new (where R1, R2 and R3 are each H or 1-6C alkyl). They are prepd. by reacting the corresp. acid halide with an amine deriv. of formula R2NH-OR3. (I) have antilipolytic, vasodilatory and hypoglycaemic activities, they are useful in treatment of acute or chronic hyperlipaemia, coronary insufficiencies, atheromatose cardiac insufficiencies, chronic angina, hypertensive functional troubles and prediabetic and diabetic states. |
