<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of bits required for the delivery of coding output, by decreasing the error in expected quantization through optimization of the expectancy system and the quantized performance, by picking up the expected signal value made adaptive through the use of the signal value after coding. CONSTITUTION:The adaptive expectancy from the adaptive expecting circuit 203 is subtracted from the input signal and the expected error is quantized and coded with the adaptive quantizing circuit 202. The circuits 203 and 202 are controlled with the expectancy judging circuit 205, the circuit 205 utilizes the signal after coding gives the optimum expecting characteristic and the quantizing performance to present signal, resulting that the expected value made adaptive can be picked up.</p> |
