PURPOSE:To accomplish the calculation of the fares of a copying apparatus easily in high accuracy by operating the copying apparatus in response to the input of an intrinsic key code so that the management information may be stored in a memory corresponding to the input code. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 1 is operated to impart an intrinsic key code to a resistor 2, the comparison and reference with and to the code registered in a memory 3 is accomplished by a comparator 4. In response to the coincidence output of the comparator 4, a main switch is turned on to accomplish the copying operation through a copying step control device 7. Then, a gate circuit 6 is broken so that the management information such as the number of copies, the size of paper, the use of supplied and the operating time of the copying apparatus is stored in such a portion of a memory 10 as corresponds to the code through a data controller 9 from a detector 8. As a result, if the management information is read out of the memory 10 through an output operating device 11 and a data output device 12, the calculation of the fares of the copying apparatus can be accomplished easily in high accuracy. |
