The advertising device has an elastic fastening (12) projecting from the holding arm (1) and used to receive a liquid proportioning cell (13) and a bottle attached to it. Electrically operated devices attract the attention and these are actuated by a circuit closed y movement of the bottle on the fastenings when the proportioning cell is actuated. The devices to attract attention may emit a sound signal or may be a lamp. This lamp may be part of a visual advertising facility ad illuminates the facility when actuated.
