PURPOSE:To automatically perform the response to questions, by providing the attendant board automatically displaying the special question code with interpretation sent from a subscriber to an audio response unit. CONSTITUTION:In the system performing the communication between the subscriber 1 and the audio response unit 3 via the telephone exchanger 2 and the line 0001, if the connection to the communication line of the third party is required during the communication between the subscriber 1 and the audio response unit 3, the special code such as 000X is inserted on the way as the question code. Furter, this special code is interpreted at the audio responce control section 5 provided with the audio response unit 3 and the presence of the question is automatically displayed on the reception sand 6 via the trunk 4 of the line number 1. This display is confirmed by the operator 7, the switch SW of the trunk 4 is operated with the line selection switch, the subscriber 1 and the reception telephone set 8 are connected with each other, the subscriber 1 and the third party are directly connected, and when the communication with the third party is finished, it is restored to original communication line. |
