<p>New Coenzyme derivs. are of formula (I). (where R is myristoyl or stearoyl; and Co box is alpha-(5,6-dimethyl benzimidazolyl) cobamide). The prods. have the same activity as dibenozide but have longer lasting action. They are useful in the treatment of anorexia, emaciation, hypothrepsia, retardation of growth, malnutrition, physical and psychic asthenia, trophic disorders of the aged, and also rheumatic pain and pain of various origins.</p> |
