The water tube boiler has two cylindrical horizontal drums mounted one over the other. The drums are joined by a number of vertical convection tubes. The combustion chamber is mounted in parallel with the drums and the tubes. The tubes are divided into two separate banks with the flow in the tubes in opposite directions. The tubes are joined by the top and bottom headers.
