PURPOSE:To accomplish the management of plural copying apparatus easily and accurately by reading the managing information from the memories of the copying apparatus and by processing the read information as a whole with the use of a central processing device. CONSTITUTION:Each of copying apparatus 1, 1', 1'' and so on is equipped with a memory 4, which is stored with a copying apparatus managing information such as the number of sheets of piped copies, the number of copies of different paper sizes, the using device of supplies, the operating time of the copying apparatus, and the number of troubles through a control device 3 for operationally calculating and generating control signals. The stored contents in the memories 4 of the copying apparatus are read out of a central processing device 10 and totalized as a whole. Thus, the management of the plural copying apparatus can be accomplished easily and accurately so that the fares can be calculated easily in high accuracy and at a high speed. |
