Unsold bread prepn. for recycling - using tanks with paddle mixers and fresh air circulation by exhauster(s)

Processing plant for recycling of unsold fresh bread includes in each storage tank a conical funnel bottom in which the stirrer of a paddle mixer is slowly rotated. An exhauster at the top of each tank produces a vaccum and causes fresh air to pass from the bottom through the charge in the tank. The ground fresh bread is kept in a re-usable condition for a longer period and the formation of lumps or of mould is prevented.
