A dispenser delivering drinks in measured quantities, is mounted, when used, at a delivery orifice of a vessel etc. and has a measuring vessel which can be connected by a pusher alternately to the vessel and to the delivery spout. A mechanical counter is connected to the pusher, and records each emptying of the measuring vessel. The dispenser (3) is connected with the counter (14, 18) and a support (1) which, in operation, holds the vessel in a suitable position. A lockable connection device (9, 24; 10-13) enables the dispenser (3) to be removed for cleaning and servicing.
