Quaternized amine-amide condensation products which are obtained by condensation of an amine of the formula R1R2N-(CH2)n-NH2 with a lower alkanecarboxylic acid, and subsequent quaternization with a trialkyl phosphate. These products are suitable as fiber preparation agents.
