In order to set the resin bolt in only one operation, the bolt rod (1) has at the end (2) projecting from the borehole a thread (3) for a nut (5) for attaching a plate (4) and key faces (6) for transmitting a torque by a tool driving the device. The device has a rotatable sleeve (7), on one front end of which an opening (8) of adapted cross-section is formed for accommodating the nut (5). A locking mechanism (12) for the direction of rotation is held in the sleeve (7) in such a way as to be fixed in terms of rotation. Its part (13), movable relative to the part fixed in terms of rotation, is set up for accommodating (14) and driving the bolt-rod end (6). <IMAGE>
