<p>The vapour extraction hood is for positioning over cookers in kitchens, and incorporates a fan, the rotational speed of which is adjustable. The extraction hood incorporates a sensor (6) the resistance variation of which acts as an indication for regulating the rotational speed of the fan motor. The regulator for the sensor (6) consists of a tandem potentiometer (P1) in the form of a slide regulator, continually switching on and off the vapour extraction hood. The potentiometer has several locking positions for setting the sensor (6) to particular sensitivities. The sensor (6) is situated in the middle or in the front third of the suction area of the hood (1).</p> |
