Producing part drawings from complete drawings - by drawing individual sections in different colours and using colour filters when producing negative

Initially a complete drawing of the object is produced with individual sections of the object drawn in different colours. From the complete drawing a negative of the required part drawing is made from which a positive of the part drawing is then produced. The different colours of the complete drawing are the basic colours. Colour filters are utilised during the production of the negatives of the part drawings.
