The novel N-substituted alkyl-N-nitrosocarbamoyl azides can be reacted with amines, diamines, aminoalcohols, aminoacids or aminoacid derivatives to prepare unsymmetrically 1,3-disubstituted nitrosoureas which show therapeutical activity. |
