PURPOSE:The above mentioned travelling truck, giving a good weld bead without using special railawy and also, improving the efficiency of welding operation, by providing guide roller put between butt strap on travelling truck loaded welding equipment, carrying out fillet welding of the butt strap on the mother material. CONSTITUTION:Rotating axis of the guide roller 6, that is, the pin 8 is freely moved up and down in the groove of upper and lower guide 7, not fixed in the guide roller box 5. Accordingly, the truck itself is able to smoothly travelled along each stage of two parallel weld line, that is, the mother material 1 and the butt strap 2, without moving up and down, even when there is uneven surface of the tack welding bead 9. By the above action, height of each welding arc toward each weld line is able to keep at constant and smooth and stabilized welding operation is able to carry out and also, good weld bead is able to obtain. |
