PURPOSE:The above mentioned device, effectively giving weld bead suitable for each welding position and structure to be welded, by providng control circuit having reverse direction changeover switch connected with ordinary direction timer in parallel and reverse direction timer in series between driving motor of feed and starting switch of welding wire. CONSTITUTION:When welding is started, signal of the welding current 1 is entered the relay 9 and the ordinary direction timer 7 and the reverse direction timer 8 are operated. Signal sent out from the timer 7, 8, is entered the control unit 5 by making the reverse direction changeover switch 6 ON and the above signal is given to the feed motor 3 through the VR for feed speed control 4. Hereby, the motor 3 is rotated in the ordinary and reverse direction only set up time on the timer 7, 8 and the filler wire 11 is fed during each set up time in each ordinary and reverse direction by the feed roller 2. Feed system is made ordinary direction feed-stop system by cutting off the switch 6. |
