<p>PURPOSE:To protect a wire material from damage and to simplify the structure by arranging a separation roller comprising a cutter and a guide groove on the tubular outer circumferential face then rotating the separation roller and separating a twin by a predetermined amount. CONSTITUTION:At first, a twin wire 1 is gripped by a chuck 3 and secured, then a shaft 6 is pushed in the direction for compressing a spring 8 and the twin wire 1 secured to a chuck 5 uner this state. Thereafter, a base part 18 is rotated around a rotary shaft 23 so that a separating roller 9 and a wire holding section 4 contact with a wiring board 2. When the separating roller 9 is rotated by 180 deg., under this state, the twin wire 1 is separated. The distance between the separated wires increases as rotation proceeds. Then soldering is carried out under this state and wiring between a round 17 and the chuck 5 (wire material unnecessary for wiring) is removed, thus finishing the work.</p> |
