<p>Intravenous native human immune globulin, having a natural half life, an antibody activity corresponding to that of the starting material, and free from anticomplementary activity, is prepared by heating human plasma or serum at a temperature in the range of about 50 to 60.degree.C for a period of about 30 minutes to 4 hours and thereafter recovering the globulin by fractionation.</p> |
