1460127 Valves CHRISTIAN BURKERT BAU ELEKTRISCHER GERATE GmbH 16 May 1975 [1 June 1974] 20809/75 Heading F2V An electromagnet 1, 6 operates an armature 2, which rocks about a pivot plate 26, against springs 27, 28 to operate a valve slide 12 through a resilient member 9 projecting into a sealing bellows 10 which engages the slide. The valve is designed for corrosion resistance and the slide member 12 may be of P.T.F.E. and have seats 13, 14 machined in its ends which engage threaded inserts 15, 16 to selectively open ports 20, 21 to port 22 via longitudinal grooves 31, 32 in the valve member and its housing base. The inserts are adjustable for axial position so that by means of the resilient member 9 the port 20 is closable with the armature in close contact with the yoke. In a second embodiment the member 9 may be pivoted to the armature, Fig. 2 (not shown). A hand operating facility 29 is provided. |
