Electrical induction heating coils - have rigid U=shape with two rectangular coils in series

The induction heating system is designed to heat long metallic pieces. The induction coil has a rigid U-section structure with two coil arrangements in series arranged facing each other so as to form a heating zone for the piece. The ends of the two coils form two parallel arms and are fitted with electrical connections. The coil arrangementhas a plane rectangular shape. In one embodiment, the induction coil is made of copper with an external diameter of 4 mm. The U-sections have a length 15 mm., depth 35 mm. and each of the coils is 35 mm. x 45 mm., supported by arms 70 mm. in length.
