Position controller for solar cells - has stepping motor to move cells in steps to conserve energy produced

The solar cells or panels are positioned by servo control system. To conserve energy produced tracking motor positions panels in steps so that they are perpendicular to sun's rays midway between stepping points. Solar cells provide energy for users (+, -) and for accumulators provided with protection against over charging and discharging. Power produced is voltage regulated for control unit which controls a motor via switches to position the cells. Contacts around motor movement provide switching signals at angular position corresponding to time intervals at which power is supplied to motor.
