In a part of the peripheral angle described by one revolution of the working tool carrier (1), by means of a translatory displacement of the working tool carrier towards the rake wheel inside, there simultaneously takes place a rotary motion of the operating tool carrier about its longitudinal axis. By means of this, the working tools (2) are brought from a position (10) raised from the ground into a position (11) facing the ground.
