<p>The adjustable tripod is multipurpose for laboratory and domestic uses, where it can be placed on uneven ground. The tripod consists of a round frame (2, 2a) in which are fitted legs (3, 3a). When the legs are moved, they turn on the axis of the frame-ring, thereby altering the height and slant of the legs (3, 3a). The circular frame consists of a tube with a lengthwise slit in it into which the legs can be fitted. On the frame (2, 2a) is placed a cover-plate (1) which has attachment pins (1a) preventing it from slipping, even when in a tilted position.</p> |
