The winch is for a slip-free winding in of a cable with an angle of grip less than 360 deg. The cable is passed over a clamp roller and is precisely controlled in both directions by means of a clamp roller. The winch consists of a power system (10, 12, 13, 15, 14) and a control system (11, 16 15a). The main power path, which passes from the crank pick-up (10) to the clamp roller (18-15) is either closed, partly closed or broken by a coupling spring (18) controlled by the control system (11, 16, 15a), whose outer part in the form of a rotatable housing (11).
