Theappts. evaluating the latent indication generated by gamma radiation from radio photoluminescence glasses has a UV light converter (13) to which also a constant reference light source (27) is assigned. A second desired-value store (32) is assigned to the comparator stage (16). Between the comparators and the correcting device (19) of the decoder (18) there is a correction value store (34). The programme control stage (21) activates alternately the luminescent light measuring branch and the UV light measuring branch in one phase and the reference light source, second desired-value store and correction-value store in the other phase.
