Dual purpose vehicle concrete side guiding track - has concrete side guide rail engaging side-wheels and joined to roadway by reinforcement

The track is made of reinforced or non-reinforced concrete. It is designed to take wheeled vehicles with flangeless lateral guiding. It is esp. for dual-system vehicles able to use both roads and guide tracks. It comprises a concrete roadway and at least one side guide-rail. The side rail (2) is made of concrete, and it is connected to the roadway (1) by means of a reinforcing unit (3). It may be concreted onto the upper side of the roadway. Construction is simplified, using homogeneous elements and materials and industrialised manufacture, and is inexpensive.
