PURPOSE:To improve working property by minimizing plastic deformation of conductor with the straight end section of strand conductor and manufacture of circular ring coil by winding with a certain curvature and for respective straight sections to join with brazing. CONSTITUTION:Both ends 13 of a certain length of strand conductor having large cross section is manufactured in straight shape and other section is bent with a certain curvature. In this case strand conductor 12 is manufactured to extend the straight section of ends 13 to circumferential joining direction of conductor curvature radius. After joining straight section 13 of strand conductor 12 thereof and the straight section of existing connection body with brazing, the ring type coil is manufactured by winding in similar manner to curvature of normal section other than straight section 13. Straight section 13 is annealed sufficiently with brazing process, facilitating joining set-up of strand conductor, and enabling to reduce the plastic deformation of conductor. |
